How do I properly wind my mechanical pocket watch?
Turn the crown in the winding direction until you feel a distinct resistance. The watch is then
fully wound. Winding it briefly or multiple times, followed by the crown snapping back into place,
is also perfectly fine. Just be careful not to force it to turn further.
